Currently, Mamporia is a student of Tbilisi State University’s MA program in Public Administration and Public Policy. Guro has participated in an internship at the United Nations Association of Georgia, where he was involved in the refugee and migration program. At present, he is an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the OSCE Office of the International Organizations Department. Guro is interested in labor market and employment policies, as well as development economics and political theory.

Elmaddin Mamedov is a fourth-year student at Ilia State University of School of Arts and Sciences at the faculty of Anglican and European studies.  Elmaddin was working at the Agricultural Division of National Statistics Office of Georgia as well as at The Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC) in 2015-2017 as an interviewer.He was also anchoring a show at “Green Caucasus”. Elmaddin is involved in student  internship program of Higher Education for ethnic minorities (4+1) and Istanbul Commerce University program in Turkey. Besides that, he was actively engaged in various activities of Open Society Georgia Foundation and Information Centre on NATO and EU. Elmadin believes that on Georgia’s path towards European Integration, spreading of disinformation sets problems, especially within non-Georgian speaking communities.

Irakli Thakalandze is a third-year student  of School of Arts and Sciences at Ilia State University and studies political sciences. Since 2011, he has been involved in civic activism and has a five-year experience as a trainer. Irakli was a leader of “School Civic Club” and was involved in projects organized by UN Association of Georgia – Advancing National Integration project (ANI) and Promoting Integration, Tolerance and Awareness program (PITA) in Georgia.  In 2016 he has undergone a basic course of non-violent transformation of conflicts. Irakli was anchoring programs in Radio Atinati and Radio Voice of Georgia. Thakalandze is involved in various projects, as a facilitator, within the project of Peace Corps of The United States and currently he is a communication coordinator at Georgia’s Future Academy. At the same time, he is a team member of organizational issues in the project “Idebate!" (BP Debating National Championship).

Lia Dekanadze is a first year student on the faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Tbilisi Ivane Javakhishvili State University. Within the framework of Future Leaders Exchange Program (FLEX) Lia was studying in the United States of America in 2016-2017 and she was actively engaged in voluntary activities.
In 2017, Lia was involved in an intern project at a non-governmental organization Georgian Democratic Initiative. She also participated in the program at Training Center for Liberalism.
Lia is an active member of World Vision project - SKYE Darts Club and she is also a Helping Hand Project’s participant at Future Politician’s School. She is interested in numismatics, literature, Sufism and poetry. Lia loves theatre, classical music and travelling.
