Tamar Maisuradze
Tamar studies at Ilia State University, on a Masters program in Molecular Biosciences. Tamar is a teacher, providing her students not only scientific knowledge, but skills to overcome challenges in their lives. Her interest in participating in this project is to develop herself and share the acquired knowledge with her students.

Tatevik Khotrsanyan
Tatevik is 19 and lives in Samtskhe-Javakheti, in village Orja in the Akhalkalaki municipality. Tatevik studies at Tbilisi State University, on a Bachelor’s degree program in International Law. She works with Armenian-language media platform AliQ Media. As a journalist, she works on analytical articles regarding women’s rights, and providing the ethnic minorities with correct information. She considers that media literacy is important for all citizens, especially for the non-Georgian speaking communities in Georgia.

Mariam Niguriani
Mariam is 22 years old. She holds a BA in International Relations from the Tbilisi State University, and is now pursuing an MA in European Studies at the Institute of European Studies at the same university. Mariam is interested in learning French. She is working at Georgian Association For Equality (GAFE), an NGO focusing on raising awareness on topics around equality among the youth and advocating its implementation in practice.

Lasha Kvlividze
Lasha is an activist and a blogger, studying at the Ilia State University, pursuing BA in Georgian Language Philology. He is a co-founding member of NGO Students for the European Future.. He is interested in linguistics, politics and history. He has command of English, Russian, and Ukrainian languages. Lasha writes articles on Russian propaganda and its influences on current political events. He writes prose and poetry. His academic work is mainly focused on linguistics, on the analysis of the texts from the period of the Russian Empire and modern texts, he dedicates his time to writing about situation in the occupied territories.

Lasha Machabeli
Lasha is in his third year of BA program in International Relations at the Tbilisi State University. He is actively engaged in youth projects and several educational courses. Currently he is a board member of the Young European Ambassadors’ (YEAs) initiative. He participated in Erasmus+ training “Say No To Hate Speech” in the Czech Republic. He has volunteered at organizations such as World Vision, Sunny House, Helping hand. He is interested in the foreign policy of various countries and the issues of security, as well as research of propaganda, disinformation and political narratives.

Mariam Varazashvili

Mariam Mikiani
Mariam holds a BA degree from the Tbilisi State University in International Relations. She is a co-founder of GEN-Generations Empowerment Network. Tekla Kharazishvili
Tekla is in her final year of the BA program at Tbilisi State University, faculty of Humanitarian Sciences. As her minor she has chosen to study journalism and mass communications. She was an intern at the online platform of Forbes Woman Georgia in 2021, where she wrote about Business and success of women in the field. Later, she became a blogger at Imitom.ge, writing about various topics, creating quizzes. Her spheres of interest are new digital media and blogging.

Magda Rukhadze
Magda is pursuing an MA degree in Sociology at Tbilisi State University. She is interested in research and actively takes part in academic conferences. Aleksandre Buzaladze
Alexander is a third-year international relations student at the School of Social Sciences of the University of Georgia. He is interested in the research of international political economy, security of the Black Sea region, conflicts in the South Caucasus, and Russia. He is currently participating in the “Foreign Policy Research Institute” Think Tank\s and the “International Crisis Management” course organized by George Washington University. From the point of view of fighting disinformation, he is interested in studying the spread of anti-Western, pro-Russian and pseudo-conservative narratives produced in Georgia, especially against the background of the Russia-Ukraine war.

Elis Bakradze
Alice is pursuing PhD in Sociology at Ilia State University. She is also a researcher at the Social Justice Center in Javakheti region. Currently, in the framework of Zink Network and USAID media program, Alice is researching cases of corruption and clan leadership in Javakheti region. Aksana holds a BA in International Relations from Tbilisi State University, faculty of Social and Political Sciences. Liza is in the final year of the International Relations degree at Free University of Tbilisi, studying on the Euro-Atlantic track with French specialization. Tamta is a second-year student at the Tbilisi State University, studying International Relations. Dachi Mazanashvili
Dachi has acquired BA (Black Sea International University, 2020) and MA (Southern Illinois University, 2022) in International Relations. In 2020-2022 he was working as a research assistant at South Illinois University. Works authored by him were accepted at conferences – MPSA (Midwest Political Science Association) and PSA ECN (Political Studies Association Early Career Network).
