Ulviyya Karimova
Ulviyya is an independent journalist, situated in Baku, Azerbaijan, professionally known as Ulviyya Shahin. She obtained an MA from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) in Multimedia Journalism and Media Management. Throughout her education, she secured success in multiple projects within Georgia and concurrently maintained her engagement with Azerbaijani media outlets. Her focal point shifted towards elucidating the social and economic challenges encountered by ethnic minorities, specifically Azerbaijanis, residing in Georgia.

Tamara Avagyan
Tamara is 23, originally from Armenia, currently volunteering as a teacher’s assistant in Bremen, Germany. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Media Communication. The allure of democratic leadership and its potential to drive positive change inspired her to pursue a master’s degree in Global Politics in Europe. Journalism, however, remains an integral part of her identity. Her interests also include traveling, photography, art, literature and cinema.

Nataliia Matvieieva
Nataliia is a mother of two, professional model and a founder of a model agency. She is a candidate for master of sports of martial arts. She graduated with honors from lyceum in Poltava and moved to Kiev where she obtained higher education degrees in Social Sciences and Law. She was forced to move to Georgia in March, 2022, due to the full scale invasion of Ukraine by Russia. Currently she lives in Tbilisi with her children, mother and four animals.

Luka Chitiani
He is a recent graduate from Tbilisi State University, majoring in International Relations. Currently, he works in the Georgian ICT cluster, where his work concerns the inclusive digital transformation of Georgia. Previously, he has worked in several prominent think tanks such as GFSIS (Rondeli Foundation), Civic IDEA, GCSD, and IDFI. He is a Young European Ambassador in EU Neighbors East. He has written several analytical pieces about Russian hybrid warfare and informational operations in Georgia and Eastern Europe.

Ilkin Guliyev
Ilkin studied at the History Faculty of Baku State University. His research areas cover the Middle East, South Caucasus, and Eastern Europe and penned several articles. Ilkin is also interested in media and its role in conflict transformation. Ilkin delivered lectures on the history of fake news, the types of disinformation, and fact-checking methods. Ilkin also specialized in project writing and management, especially projects about human peacebuilding and media literacy. lkin’s favorite hobbies are collecting and solving many different types of Rubik’s Cubes and watching horror movies.

Subhan is Azerbaijan’s dedicated human rights lawyer and investigative legal professional. With a career spanning over six years, Subhan has actively championed the cause of human rights and social rights, particularly in the ever-evolving realm of technology and its impact on individual freedoms.
