Lado Sadghobelashvili’s post is a manipulation. In order to refute the suspicions about the vaccination at the University Medical Center of El Paso, the nurse in question was vaccinated again in accordance with the recommendations from immunization specialists.

A video disseminated by Lado Sadghobelashvili depicts one of the first vaccinations at the University Medical Center of El Paso on December 15, 2020. Vaccination was broadcasted live by the local media KTSM 9 News, however, the vaccination of one of the nurses raised some questions on the social networks and the media contacted the medical center to verify the information. As Medical Center stated, five health care workers were given full doses of the vaccine on December 15, 2020, however, to eliminate any doubts that went viral on the social network, the center decided to re-vaccinate the aforesaid nurse on December 16.

The University Medical Center of El Paso: The nurse in question today was vaccinated again. UMC has confirmed with the US Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) that re-vaccinating the nurse will not cause adverse effects. The nurse will need to return after three weeks to receive his second dose.”

On December 16, the Medical Center published the photo depicting the re-vaccination of the nurse
