On January 28th, Facebook user “Fantina” published a photo, which allegedly depicts Justin Trudeau, the Prime Minister of Canada. The photo features Justin Trudeau wearing a dress designed for women’s beauty pageant, wearing a crown and holding a bouquet. In addition, Trudeau’s sash features the following inscription: “Miss Take.”

The disseminated image has been altered using a software. In fact, the authentic photo depicts an American model Olivia Culpo, winner of the 2012 Miss Universe beauty pageant.

The photo was actually taken in Las Vegas in 2012 and depicts the winner of the 2012 Miss Universe beauty pageant, Olivia Culpo.

In the original photo, the American model wears the titles of Miss Universe and Miss USA. In the altered photo, the caption “Miss USA” has been completely deleted, and the word “Universe” was replaced by the word “Take.”
