On October 7, Facebook user Nina Marji shared a video from Russian YouTube channel “Яков Джугашвили” in Facebook groups “კორონა აფიორა” (Corona Fraud) and “ანტი-მასონობა. „ანტიქრისტეს“ ახალი მსოფლიო წესრიგი (NWO); ანტი-ეკუმენიზმი” (Anti-Masonry, New World Order of the Antichrist; Anti-Ecumenism). The video is accompanied by a caption, claiming that “corona fraud” has been uncovered and its organizers will now face an international tribunal. Later, Nina Marji’s post was share
The video features Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, German lawyer, who assesses “the coronavirus fraud scandal” and unveils his plans to expose the crimes committed by the world leaders against humanity. His lawsuit has not reached any court so far.
The post claiming that the coronavirus pandemic was uncovered as a fraud is conspiratorial. The video itself contains no evidence, because in fact, it reflects an opinion of one lawyer, who questions the existence of COVID-19 pandemic and PCR tests as the means to diagnose COVID-19, and plans to file a lawsuit in court.

According to the website of Dr. Reiner Fuellmich’s law firm, he is an expert on international law, banking law and medical law. (fabulouseyebrowthreading.com) His firm actively advises and supports the activities related to the coronavirus damage claims. The website also provides the link to Fuellmich’s YouTube channel, where the video titled “Crimes against humanity” was posted on October 3.
In the 49-minute video, Fuellmich speaks about excessive restrictions, calls PCR tests useless, clarifies a concept of crimes against humanity and adds that he will prepare lawsuits against all those institutions that have promoted the implementation of unnecessary measures.
Reiner Fuellmich: “This corona crisis, according to all we know today, must be renamed a “Corona Scandal” and those responsible for it must be criminally prosecuted and sued for civil damages… Is there a corona pandemic or is there only a PCR-test pandemic? Positive test results mean nothing.”

Fuellmich’s video and accusations have triggered no official response. Neither is a complete version of a lawsuit available so far. This idea, however, gained huge popularity among anti-corona activists, including in Russia and Georgia. Prior to that, Fuellmich’s video was uploaded on BigChute platform with a brief description saying that the video involves Dr. Reiner Fuellmich’s opinions.
The website Europe Reloaded also posted information about Fuellmich’s class action lawsuit and about how to become part of it. The website frequently publishes articles about the coronavirus and most of them are about various conspiracy theories related to COVID-19.
The YouTube channel Яков Джугашвили posted a shortened version of the video (22:25 minutes) with a Russian voiceover translation on October 7. The video had a manipulative headline: “Urgent news! Organizers of COVID genocide will face a criminal tribunal!”
Russian-language users of Livejournal and reddit also spread the video with identical headlines.
Georgian anti-corona groups also spread the information with the same content referring to Яков Джугашвили’s video on October 8. The author of the posts, Nina Marji frequently spreads disinformation and manipulations related to the pandemic. The same Facebook user wrote earlier that thousands of people rallied in Vienna in solidarity with the doctor who issued fake certificates. According to the same Facebook user, face masks cause fungal infections, while the United Nations has developed a secret document on establishing the new world order. Nina Marji’s Facebook profile shows that she is one of the participants and speakers of the rallies protesting COVID-19 restrictions.
- What is PCR test and how does it work?
