Russian Government takes too seriously to disseminate authorized messages across Russian population. This time, Kremlin chooses children as the target of its ideologized propaganda.

Two years ago, at the beginning of Crimea’s occupation by Russia, little character from the popular show “Good night, little ones” expressed his desire to join Russian army and fight to defend Russian borders.

As a response of this tendency, within the framework of informational propaganda for children, Russian kids will soon see the new animated feature, where the most prominent danger to them are wizards from the Scottish highlands. It should be mentioned that according to the plot, wizards are backed by NATO.

“Kids against Sorcerers is a war between a kind of patriotic junior KGB and a gang of Harry Potters who have turned evil. And the KGB kids win,” Scottish newspaper Herald writes.

Animated feature is in the process. It is backed by Russian Government and Orthodox Church. Eight-minute long trailer of the show describes the reasons of its creation. According to one of the priests from Russian Orthodox Church, the plot represents “the return to moral standards”.
