Within the program of Erasmus Mundus Hermes in 2015-2016, Guro was studying  Liberal Arts at “Tallinn University” in Estonia. Currently, Mamporia is a student of Tbilisi State University’s MA program in Public Administration and Public Policy. Guro has participated in an internship at the United Nations Association of Georgia, where he was involved in the refugee and migration program. At present, he is an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the OSCE Office of the International Organizations Department. Guro is interested in labor market and employment policies, as well as development economics and political theory.

Elmaddin Mamedov is a fourth-year student at Ilia State University of School of Arts and Sciences at the faculty of Anglican and European studies.  Elmaddin was working at the Agricultural Division of National Statistics Office of Georgia as well as at The Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC) in 2015-2017 as an interviewer.He was also anchoring a show at “Green Caucasus”. Elmaddin is involved in student  internship program of Higher Education for ethnic minorities (4+1) and Istanbul Commerce University program in Turkey. Besides that, he was actively engaged in various activities of Open Society Georgia Foundation and Information Centre on NATO and EU. Elmadin believes that on Georgia’s path towards European Integration, spreading of disinformation sets problems, especially within non-Georgian speaking communities.

Irakli Thakalandze is a third-year student  of School of Arts and Sciences at Ilia State University and studies political sciences. Since 2011, he has been involved in civic activism and has a five-year experience as a trainer. Irakli was a leader of “School Civic Club” and was involved in projects organized by UN Association of Georgia – Advancing National Integration project (ANI) and Promoting Integration, Tolerance and Awareness program (PITA) in Georgia.  In 2016 he has undergone a basic course of non-violent transformation of conflicts. Irakli was anchoring programs in Radio Atinati and Radio Voice of Georgia. Thakalandze is involved in various projects, as a facilitator, within the project of Peace Corps of The United States and currently he is a communication coordinator at Georgia’s Future Academy. At the same time, he is a team member of organizational issues in the project “Idebate!” (BP Debating National Championship).
