The alleged giveaway is promoted by a fake Facebook page, which aims to mislead Facebook users. The official page of Hyundai Georgia notes that they do not have such a giveaway, and the brand name is being misused on social media.

The fake page ‘Hyundai Georgi’ was created on July 25th, 202. It was originally called BEKO Georgi, and the name was changed on September 3rd. The transparency section of the page states that the page is managed by 3 admins from Indonesia. The “About us” section of the page indicates real estate in the category field, while the company’s website, address or other data are not available.

Photos published on the fake page

The fake page features photos of alleged winners. In addition to the fact that the participation of Audi cars in the Hyundai raffle is doubtful, the published photos are taken from different websites. For example, one photo showing a Creta model car with a blue ribbon appeared on the internet on August 4th, 2022. One of the Hyundai dealerships in Indonesia gifted Hyundai Creta cars to its customers, and this photo reflects this very fact.
