The claim that the scientists confirmed the assumption about the paradise being located in Georgia is false. In reality, while talking about the location of the Garden of Eden, the scientists mention the City of Tabriz and not Tbilisi.

The video shared by Mamuka Vardzukashvili represents the fragment of a documentary series, “Days of the History of Cosmos with Igor Prokopenko,” by the Russian TV channel Ren TV. In one of the episodes of the documentary, one of the interviewees, David Rohl, talks about the location of the Garden of Eden and reveals his theory that the garden might be located in the city of Tabriz.

David Rohl is an English Egyptologist and the author of several books and documentaries. In one of his books, Legend: The Genesis of Civilisation, Rohl has developed a theory that paradise was located in the Kingdom of Urartu, while the Garden of Eden was to be found near modern Tabriz, north of the Sahand volcano.

The theory of David Rohl is based on the biblical description of the garden, which claimed that four different rivers watered the Garden of Eden. Rohl claims that exactly four rivers – Tigris, Euphrates, Aras and Sefīd-Rūd – flow in the territory of Tabriz..

It is essential to mention that most of the theories created around paradise and the Garden of Eden consider Mesopotamia as the potential location. The most unique among these theories is the claim by the religious society of the Mormons, who claim that the Garden of Eden is located in the state of Missouri.
